AIDA64 Extreme is a system information and diagnostics utility for Windows. It identifies and reports on installed hardware and software components, covering areas such as the motherboard, CPU, memory, storage, GPU, installed drivers, and running services, drawing on a large internal database of known devices to label parts accurately.
Beyond inventory reporting, it includes 64-bit benchmark tests for measuring CPU, memory, cache, and disk throughput, along with system stability testing to stress hardware under load. A real-time sensor panel tracks temperatures, voltages, and fan speeds, and can be customized into an on-screen dashboard or sent to external LCD/VFD displays or a smartphone for remote monitoring.
