Soda PDF Desktop is a Windows application for working with PDF documents, covering creation, editing, conversion, and organization. It is paired with a browser-based tool set (Soda PDF Online) and a Chrome extension, so a document session can continue across desktop and web.
The application converts PDFs to and from Microsoft Office formats and common image formats, merges and splits documents, compresses file size, and applies optical character recognition (OCR) to scanned pages so their text becomes searchable and editable.
